Based on the RNA, miRNA, and methylation sequencing and proteomic analysis of mid-BP, high-BP and high-BP+high-LVMI youth subjects, anti-angiogenic stimuli and ECM degradation through the signals from PBMCs and circulating proteins leads to target organ injury.
