The clinical isolates AMA3 (A) and AB5075 (B) were incubated at 37°C for 24 h in presence of lyophilized CFCM at MIC, 1 sub-MIC and 2 sub-MIC concentrations. CFU/mL were determined at different incubation times for a period of 24 h. All assays were carried out in technical triplicates. Statistical significance (P < 0.05) was determined by two-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s multiple comparison test. * P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01, *** P < 0.001 and **** P < 0.0001.
