Expression of MHC-II molecules on A20 cells is not influenced by the ORF. Transfected A20 cells were analyzed for the expression of MHC-II molecules 24 h after electroporation. Cells were stained with an FITC-labeled anti-MHC-II antibody and the expression level of MHC-II was recorded with the cytometer. Solid lines, isotype controls; shadowed areas, expression of MHC-II.
