Composites of example movies (generated with spinning disk confocal microscopy) of a single focal plane of control and S3372C preblastoderm cycle embryos. GFP-Dlic (green in top merged movies) and Spc25-RFP (magenta in top merged movies) label dynein complexes and kinetochores, respectively. Two loops of the movie are shown; the second loop pauses to show transient accumulation of GFP-Dlic at kinetochores (arrows).
