Figure 3A and 3B are two line plus ribbon graphs titled gblock and Human placentas, plotting digital polymerase chain reaction percentage methylation, ranging from 20 to 100 in increments of 20 (y-axis) across Actual percentage of methylation, ranging from 20 to 80 in increments of 20 and from 40 to 70 in increments of 10 (x-axis) for Pearson correlation coefficient, respectively. — The top CpG ranked by absolute value of coefficient for all placental smoking index models was cg27402634.
