a–d In the streamlined SAA reactions, skin homogenates from both PD patients and HC were subjected to analysis. The seeding activity of αSynD was detected in all 20/20 skin samples from PD patients at DTS-lab and 19/20 of the same PD patients at YX-lab (a and b). Conversely, none of the samples from HC induced seeding activity at YX-lab, while 1/12 skin samples from HC exhibited seeding activity at DTS-lab (c and d). The curves depicted in the graphs were generated by plotting the average fluorescence intensities of each sample over time.
