Figure 4. — Example analyses run with DORA. Using the polygon generation tool, we defined three geographic regions (Northwest Europe in blue, the Kazakh Steppe in orange, and East Asia in green). We ran different analyses on these regions. (A) Temporal changes in allele frequency of variant rs2549794 (previously suggested to be related to the Black Death).
