Abbreviations. Zn, zinc; Mn, manganese; Cu, copper. 1ITM100: control diet was elaborated to meet the dietary requirements of Zn, Mn, and Cu from inorganic sulfate minerals (ITM100). OTM100: OTM75, and OTM50: diets were elaborated using organic Zn-glycinate, Mn-glycinate, and Cu-glycinate to provide the respective minerals at 100% (OTM100), 75% (OTM75), and 50% (OTM50) of the dietary requirements established in the control diet, respectively.
