A–D BMNs were primed with 100 ng/ml LPS and 100 ng/ml IFN-γ for 3 h and infected for 4 h with Y. pseudotuberculosis (Yp) at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 5 for 4 h. A Percentage of SYTOX Green uptake B LDH release, C IL-1β secretion and D immunoblots from mixed supernatant and cell extracts were examined at 4 h post-infection.
