Serum levels of cytokines in DUSP6 KO and C57BL/6 (WT) with KSIA
Serum levels of IL10 were significantly higher in DUSP6 KO (n = 9) versus WT mice (n = 10) (greater that 2-fold higher; ∗∗∗p = 0.0001). Serum levels of IL6 were significantly lower in the DUSP6 KO mice (less than 50%; ∗p = 0.03). Levels of IL1β and TNF-α were not significantly different between the two groups. Levels of IFNγ were higher in the KO mice, but that was not statistically significant.
