Long-term prM- and E-specific immunity. Mice were immunized by s.c. inoculation with 5 × 105 PFU of YF/DEN virus, and the frequencies of prM- and E-specific CD8 T cells were measured 100 days postimmunization by intracellular IFN-γ staining.
