Facilities were classified based on their wave 1 and 2 responses to the question: “Do you provide any telehealth services?” Sustainers were those that offered telehealth during and after the end of the public health emergency (PHE). Discontinuers were those that offered telehealth during but not after the end of the PHE. Nonadopters were those that did not offer telehealth during or after the end of the PHE. Late adopters were those that started offering telehealth after the end of the PHE.
