NR curves as measured on polished Fe-20%Cr alloy. The as-polished substrate (black line) and sample that was exposed to 20 min at 800 °C in air (green line). A calculated curve for the case of a sample with low roughness (gray, dashed line) is also shown. The oxidation treatment was carried out at Chalmers University of Technology.
