The results of molecular and serological analysis were summarized. “+” and “−” in qPCRs indicates animals with Ct value ≤ 30 and >30, respectively; “+” and “−” in UCP-LFA indicates animals with detectable and undetectable anti-PGL-I antibody levels, respectively.
