The KRAS4A homodimer is more compact (75.6A) compared to the KRAS4B homodimer (77.96A), which could result in additional steric hindrance affecting the proper positioning of Sotorasib. Panels C and D also show the heterodimeric structures of KRAS4A and KRAS4B.
