The experiments were carried out as described in Fig. 2. Columns 2 to 4 are based on virus preparations from ∼2 × 107 cells. The viruses were diluted as indicated. The last column shows the vectors prepared from 2 × 108 cells. The vectors were not diluted and were subjected to two rounds of amplification for rcAAVs. ND, not determined.
