Locally collinear blocks (LCBs) correspond to conserved regions between Lgh and Lpm mitogenomes, identified by ProgressiveMauve. The molecular weight and isoelectric point of protein were calculated using the Sequence Manipulation Suite. Hypothetical localization was estimated by Plant-mPLoc.
