Manually annotated layer for each spatial location in each sample from each donor in DLPFC dataset. Each donor contributes 4 different sections, arbitrarily labelled A-D. For samples from donor one and three, each sample has seven layers: layer 1-6 and white matter. The samples from donor 2 do not cover layers 1 and 2. While the manual annotation includes the NA (not available classification), these spatial locations are excluded from our analyses.
