Pulse-chase analysis of intracellular structural proteins. BHK cells were transfected with mutant C467A, L471A, or parental BRM34 RNAs and incubated for 40 h. The transfected cells were pulse-labeled with [³⁵S]methionine for 80 min and then chased with unlabeled methionine for 10 min or 3, 6, or 9 h.
