At home sIgE level < 0.35 kUA/L, SPT wheal 0–2mm
Supervised feeding in the office sIgE level < 0.35 kUA/L, SPT wheal 0–2mm (parent preference); SPT wheal 3–7 mm; and favorable sIgE level
Graded oral food challenge in the office SPT wheal 3–7 mm, and favorable sIgE level
Avoidance SPT wheal ≥8 mm, or highly predictive sIgE level
