The number of patients treated with ECPR decreased as the door‐to‐needle time increased, and it rapidly decreased particularly after 12 to 15 minutes. The number of patients who had favorable functions was also reduced over time. There was a paucity of patients with CPC ≤2 30 days after admission after 27 to 30 minutes of door‐to‐needle time.
