Absence of disulfide bonds on NSP3A produced during rotavirus infection. NSP3 immunoprecipitated from rotavirus-infected cells lysates prepared in the presence (+) absence (−) of NEM was analyzed by nonreducing SDS-PAGE. An autoradiogram of the gel is shown.
