A and B), pointing to collagen lesions on the myxoid background. (A) depicts a small portion of the tumor extending downward the pelvic floor, pushing the rectum slightly toward the right (yellow arrow). (C) Coronal T1 fat-suppressed reveals intense enhancement predominantly in the lower part (arrow), thus potentially determining the orientation for biopsy.
