(B) Peptide NDVFhr24 was added to cells transfected with Sendai virus HN and F cDNAs at 36 and 45 h posttransfection. At 48 h posttransfection, the cells were incubated with trypsin for 10 min and then further incubated for 3 or 5 h in the presence of soybean trypsin inhibitor and NDVFhr24 peptide.
