To build the isobologram, data for PPO (alone) were obtained with concentration-response curves (present study), and for HBB (alone) data were obtained from concentration-response curves from our previous study (Traserra et al., 2024). Interactions index between 0.1 and 0.3 are considered strong synergism, between 0.3 and 0.7 synergism, and between 0.7–0.85 moderate synergism (Chou, 2006).
