Changes in lipid profiles and liver enzymes before and after drug treatment in the Wistar rats

ALT, AST, and LDL-C levels show a significant increase, and HDL-C levels show a significant decrease in the High-fat diet group (HFD). These variables changed significantly in the drug-treated groups.
