ALT, AST, and LDL-C levels show a significant increase, and HDL-C levels show a significant decrease in the High-fat diet group (HFD). These variables changed significantly in the drug-treated groups. SARO (Saroglitazar), QC (quercetin), and CS (Capparis spinosa) statistically significant in HFD versus the control group are shown with **P<0.01, *** P<0.001, and statistically significant in HFD versus other groups are shown with #P<0.05; ##P<0.01; ###P<0.001
