The relative expression of TGF-β1 (A), Col-1α (B), Col-IV (C), and α-SMA (D) genes in HSCs activated with High-fat diet (HFD) increased significantly, and after treatment with SARO, QC, CS, and QC+CS, it was significantly reduced.
