^aAt 14 h postinfection, UUK virus-infected cells were pulse-labeled for 10 min with [³⁵S]methionine, followed by a 10-min chase. A Triton X-100-solubilized lysate was then subjected to three rounds of precipitation with the first antiserum, followed by three rounds of precipitation with the second antiserum. The combined immunoprecipitates from the three rounds were analyzed by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and the bands were quantified by a PhosphorImager.
