(B) shows an outtake of the recalled lesion (C) shows the low-energy images of the CEM exam, similar to (A). However, the recombined images show not only an ill-defined mass in the left breast (orange arrow) but also a minimally enhancing mass in the left breast (white arrow) which was also biopsied after targeted ultrasound. Final pathology showed 12 mm papillary carcinoma in situ (right) and 30 mm grade II invasive carcinoma of no special type (left).
