Green, red, and blue indicate three different doses: 25, 50, and 75 g, respectively. See text for arrowheads. For instance, in the case of a 75 g bolus, aa peaked later than 120 min and did not return to fasting values within 240 min, whereas lipids peaked earlier than 120 min and returned to fasting values within 240 min (Figure 1A, arrowhead).
