Immunoprecipitation of transfected CEF cell lysates. (A) CEF cells were transfected with 1.5 μg of the indicated Myc-tagged expression constructs together with 1.5 μg of a plasmid coding for hRb (pCMV-hRb). Lysates of transfected CEF cells and 293 cells were immunoprecipitated (IP) either with anti-Myc antibody or anti-E1A antibody as indicated, followed by Western blot (WB) analysis with anti-hRb antibody. (B) CEF cells were transfected with 3 μg of the indicated Myc-tagged constructs. Two days after transfection, cells were lysed and precipitated with anti-hRb antibody. The precipitated material was separated by SDS-PAGE and analyzed by Western blotting with anti-Myc antibody.
