Significance values are determined by Kruskal–Wallis ANOVA. ns : p > 0.05, * : p < 0.05, ** : p < 0.01, *** : p < 0.001. Data is obtained from 4 independent experiments (from 3 mice), dendritic segments of 12 neurons, and a total of 381 spines. Error bars represent standard error of the mean.
