Effects of T13I substitution on LT-IIc binding affinity toward MDA-MB-231. MDA-MB-231 cells were fixed to a 96-well plate and treated, in duplicate, with two-fold dilutions of a 1 μg/mL solution of wt LT-IIc or LT-IIc(T13I). HLTs bound to MDA-MB-231 were detected by ELISA.
