The most positive effect was observed in the N-N-N-Y-Y, which indicates a grouping of never-smokers with no recent steroid or chemo use, as well as recent receipt of both influenza and SARS-CoV-2 vaccines. The most negative effect occurs in group Y-Y-Y-N-N, with positive smoking history with recent use of both steroids and chemotherapy, but no recent receipt of vaccine boosters.
