Phylogenetic tree of 19 Ascomycota species based on published internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions. Sequence alignment was done with MUSCLE. The tree was constructed with MEGA11 and the numbers on the branches represent bootstrap values of maximum parsimony analyses from 1000 replicates. The partial‐deletion option was set to 90%.
