Rearrangement processes include nested chromosome insertions (NCI), end-to-end translocations (EET), and translocations (T), as well as paracentric (Ipa) and pericentric (Ipe) inversions. Black triangles indicate WGD events in Brassicaceae (At-α), and black sandglass-like symbols in karyotypes represent centromeres.
