Significance was assessed by two-way ANOVA with Tukey’s post hoc comparison. All data are presented as the mean ± SEM (n = 14 – 16 mice/group). (A) R6/2 mice made significantly fewer basic and fine movements starting at week 5 and much more pronounced at week 10 compared to wildtype mice. (B) Rearing behavior in R6/2 mice was significantly affected at week 10, as the disease progressed. (C) R6/2 mice covered less distance in center and periphery starting at week 5 and more pronounced at week 10 compared to wildtype mice.
