Effects of lncRNA ZFHX4-AS1 on ACC cells proliferation and migration. (A) Expression was significantly reduced after lncRNA ZFHX4-AS1 knockdown in H295R and SW-13 cell line. (B,C) CCK-8 assay and plate colony formation assay were used to determine the proliferation ability of ACC cells by knocking down lncRNA ZFHX4-AS1. (D) Transwell assay showed that lncRNA ZFHX4-AS1 knockdown could inhibit ACC cell migration. For CCK-8 and Transwell assays, cells were gently fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes and then stained with 0.1% crystal violet for 30 minutes.
