IL-13 caused higher phosphorylation ratio of STAT6 than IL-4 in Meta1 gastroids. (A) Representative bright field images of Matrigel domes containing Meta1 gastroids treated with rIL-13, rIL-4, or vehicle solution (BSA). Quantitation of gastroid diameters showed significantly higher sizes in Meta1 gastroids treated with rIL-13 compared with rIL-4 and BSA starting at 2 days of treatment.
