Right superior and inferior pubic rami fractures are seen with minor displacement. There is a left superior pubic ramus fracture without significant displacement and a comminuted, mildly displaced fracture of the left inferior pubic ramus. Additionally, there is pubic symphysis diastasis (indicated by green line) and very mild widening of the sacroiliac joints. An external fixation device is noted. Points of fracture are highlighted by red arrows.
