HIV-1 Gag expression in transfected COS cells with various DNA constructs. (A) Cell lysates from pcDNA3.1-, pGAG-, pGAGCTE-, pGAGINS-, and pGAGINSCTE-transfected cells were separated by SDS-PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose filters, and analyzed by immunoblotting with an HIV-1-positive human serum (top panels).
