HIV-1 Gag expression in transfected HeLa cells. HeLa cells were transfected with various DNA constructs as described in Materials and Methods. Cell lysates were separated by SDS-PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose filters, and analyzed by immunoblotting with an HIV-1-positive human serum (top panels).
