Nude mice (n = 3; male, prone) were injected with (a) v/v of unbound dye control/200 µL/mouse; (b) dose 1: 10 µg nanoalgosomes/200 µL/mouse; (c) dose 2: 50 µg nanoalgosomes/200 µL/mouse and control.
