In addition, activity is shown for an S10 Env in which the G431E mutation in the C4 domain was corrected (S10-431G) and for an 8x Env that contained this mutation (8x-431E). Results are expressed as the percentage of S10 luciferase activity on target cells that coexpressed CXCR4 and CD4.
