BT-20 cell survival was further confirmed with CTB and SRB assays and compared with the MTT assay. Paclitaxel was used as the positive control. IC50 values represent the average concentration ± SD required to suppress cell proliferation by 50% and are the average of three separate experiments performed in triplicate.
