Pegvisomant attenuates exosome-induced cell migration in melanoma. Changes in wound closure following administration with 20 μg/mL exosomes, isolated from melanoma cells treated with 50 ng/mL GH independently or in combination with EC50 dosage of doxorubicin and 500 nM pegvisomant.
