Table 1. Hemagglutination (HA) titers of influenza A viruses with remodelled erythrocytes.
Glycan remodelled turkey erythrocytes were used for HA assays with either live or BPL-inactivated A/California/04/2009, A/Vietnam/1203/2004, and A/Bovine/Ohio/B24OSU-432/2024 in BSL2 (experiment 1 and 2) and enhanced BSL3 (experiment 3) laboratories. Freshly remodelled erythrocytes were prepared for each independent experiment.
