A. Expression of MyoXVa, whirlin, EPS8, and EPS8L2 proteins in Cib2^KO/KO organs of Corti along with controls at P12. In contrast to other proteins, Myosin XVa was over-accumulation at the tip of the first and second row of stereociliary bundle of IHCs. B. Quantification of fluorescent signal measured by confocal microscopy at the tips of stereocilia, which further confirmed overaccumulation of Myosin XVa (***p<0.005).
