Breg cells derive from pre-existing GL7−Breg cells. (A) IL-10+ (EGFP+) or IL-10− (EGFP−) B220+ B cells sorted from the spleen of IL-10 reporter mouse model (IL10-IRES-EGFP tiger mice) and control C57BL/6 mice were analyzed by FACS.
