Coimmunoprecipitation of chimeric proteins with MHC class I molecules. Cells transfected with the indicated cDNAs were labeled with [³⁵S]methionine for 30 min and lysed with 1% digitonin lysis buffer. The antibodies used for immunoprecipitation were MAb W6/32 (A and B, lanes 1 to 4, respectively; C, lanes 1 to 5), an anti-US3 antibody (A and B, lanes 5 to 8, respectively), and MAb OKT4 (C, lanes 6 to 10).
